It is inevitable to encounter many disgusting things as well as annoying people in our lives, even with a much higher frequency than something nice and pleasing. Though, the more you despite, the more you ought to multiple your frequency of being around the matter in order to get along with it sometime.
If I were the previous little coward girl, I would have chose to get rid of what knocks me down and whosoever gives me nothing but shit. I seemed to run away and avoid ones that might hurt and cut me through detrimental issues that were beyond my capacity, instead of standing firmly to fight with them.
Honestly, I were not fearful of hardship created by either nature or some evil people that meant to put the rigid burden on my shoulder. The fact is I'd like to withdraw into my shell, cover up the safe-and-sound zone so as to let a breath of relief all the time. Life used to be tedious days of bottling up this me-myself-and-I in the little space of my bedroom, reading books, listening to music, having chit-chat to some virtual friends who absolutely had nothing to do with my real life.
Perhaps the reason came from the painful dismay that most of my current so-called friends in real life turned out to be opposite to what I positively assumed. I offered them diamonds, they used diamonds to cut me. It was unfair at all! Thereby, I stayed anti-social for a while until fully comprehended how to step out of the darkness and bravely deal with unbearable elements of this society.
The more they mistreat me, the more I become kind and treat them wholeheartedly. The more things tear me down, the more efforts I put to love these horrid things someday. The point is not about how you feel, but how you make something hateful loveable. That's the indeed triumph.
Similarly, if you are vaccinated , you usually don't get any viral disease due to the infected virus already in you. For example, if you infected yourself with smallpox, you wouldn't get sick because you had already had cowpox. This inoculation is recognised as the method of getting your body used to a mild form of the disease and give immunity to fight with disease.
I do love this quote by Vivian Greene: "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...It's about learning to dance in the rain." Yes, that's it! Instead of moaning about life and despise some people around you, make efforts to make them loveable and opposite to your intense hatred which not only burns your mind with negative and uneasy feelings but also causes you to look as ugly and low-level as them.
Believe me! You are never at a disadvantage compared with others if you turn to be pretty kind and nice to those who mean no good to you :') Because I really have belief in the way human-beings draw their pictures of life. They paint colourful even in a dull grey picture, there comes the rainbow. And vice versa, if some black-coloured stains here and there pop out and you mean to spread them, then your beautiful picture would certainly get wretched by just minor factors. Is it worth?
It's you yourself who decide which the colour of your picture of life would be ;) Either minimizing or strewing the muddy marks on the paper...is who you are!
With love,
Hal
